Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Shift: Days | 8 or 10-hour shifts (Mon-Fri) | Hybrid schedule available

Compensation
$37.80 – $55.40 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $22,500
Relocation Assistance: Up to $6,000

Additional Earnings:
– BSN: +$2/hr – MSN: +$4/hr – National Certification: +$1/hr
– CVOR Differential: +$5/hr – On-Call: $4/hr (time-and-a-half if called in)
– Night Differential: +$5/hr (Mon-Thurs), +$8/hr (Fri-Sun)

Join New Mexico’s largest critical care hospital in a growing 16-room inpatient OR performing 40-65 cases daily. Specialties include Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Heart, Vascular, General, Robotics, Pediatrics, Urology, and GYN. Opportunities available for Scrub and Circulating RNs.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver perioperative nursing care throughout surgical procedures
– Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams
– Maintain sterile technique and accurate documentation

Requirements:
– Active NM or Compact RN license
– Minimum 1 year inpatient OR experience required (no outpatient/ambulatory)
– ADN required; BSN within 5 years
– BLS within 90 days of hire
