Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry / PCU / Stepdown

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Shift: Nights | 3×12-hour shifts

Compensation
$37.80 – $55.40 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $7,500
Relocation Assistance: Up to $6,000

Additional Earnings:
– BSN: +$2/hr
– MSN: +$4/hr
– National Certification: +$1/hr
– Night Differential: +$5/hr (Mon-Thurs), +$8/hr (Fri-Sun)

Join New Mexico’s largest critical care hospital as part of a busy Progressive Care team. The greatest need is within the General Stepdown units, caring for patients with sepsis, pulmonary conditions, diabetes, heart failure, electrolyte imbalances, and other acute medical diagnoses. Experienced Med/Surg RNs will receive Stepdown training.

Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive nursing care for PCU/Telemetry patients
– Monitor cardiac and telemetry patients
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
– Educate patients and families
– Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:
– Active RN license
– Minimum 1 year of bedside acute care experience required
– Med/Surg RN with 1+ year acute care experience accepted
– No license disciplinary history
– Strong communication and critical thinking skills
