FT | Nights (3x12s)

Pay: $33.00-$48.96/hr

Diffs

• RN productive hrs +$5/hr
• Nights +$4/hr
• Weekends +$2/hr
• Evenings (3-11 PM) +$2/hr

Bonus: $15K (2-year commitment)

• $7,500 after first full paycheck
• $3,750 at 1 year
• $3,750 at 2 years

Relocation: Available (based on distance)

Position

• ICU RN
• 268-bed regional medical center
• Level III Trauma Center
• Serves a large multi-county region

Responsibilities

Provide direct ICU patient care, coordinate treatment plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain clinical standards, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Critical Care/ICU RN experience
• NM or Compact RN license
• BLS within 2 weeks of hire
• Required certifications within 6 months
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
