Hospice RN Clinical Director

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Shift: Days | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation

$100,000 – $130,000 annually

Additional Compensation

• Federal Mileage Reimbursement
• Paid On-Call Compensation
• Paid for On-Call Visits

Lead a growing hospice team focused on expanding patient census while providing exceptional end-of-life care. The Clinical Director oversees clinical operations, supports case management staff, and ensures high-quality patient care. RN Case Managers maintain a caseload of approximately 14-16 patients per week with 3-5 visits per day.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the hospice program
• Lead, mentor, and support hospice clinical staff
• Drive census growth while maintaining quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
• Participate in the on-call rotation for a few weeknights each month (weekend call covered by dedicated weekend team)

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of hospice leadership experience as a Clinical Director required
• May consider candidates with 2+ years of hospice leadership experience as a Clinical Manager
• Previous hospice experience required
• Experience with WellSky/Consolo EMR preferred (training provided); future transition to HCHB planned
