Position Overview

A large nonprofit, Level I Trauma Center is seeking a Pediatric CVOR Surgical Technologist to join its advanced surgical services team. The department features 25 operating rooms and state-of-the-art surgical technology, providing an excellent environment for experienced surgical techs looking to advance their careers.

Responsibilities

• Scrub pediatric and cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
• Anticipate surgeon and surgical team needs
• Collaborate with RNs, surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff
• Support patient safety and efficient OR workflow

Requirements

• Surgical Technologist certification required
• At least 1 year of CVOR or pediatric surgical tech experience
• Candidates may also qualify with 3+ years of scrub experience
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity OR environment
